Anne O'Leary, Executive Chairman

Anne was appointed as Executive Chairman in February 2010. Prior to joining Kinematik, Anne was the Managing Director of CADCO, an Irish company she founded in 1990 focused on Engineering Design Software. She successfully built CADCO via partnerships with Documentum as well as Autodesk, who achieved a dominant position in the engineering design marketplace due to her company's efforts. Additionally, CADCO became a significant solution and service provider in the knowledge management sector focused on the life-sciences industry with customers such as Pfizer, Warner Lambert, Roche, Abbott, and Elan. CADCO was successfully sold in July 2009 to Computer2000, a subsidiary of the Techdata Group which is the largest IT distributor of hardware and software products worldwide. Anne currently also serves as Non Executive Director of Replify Ltd. and is a Registered Accredited Mediator. She holds both a Bachelor and Master of Engineering degree from University College Cork in Ireland.

Michael Jarjour, Chief Executive Officer

Michael Jarjour was appointed as KineMatik's CEO in December 2008. Prior to joining KineMatik, he was Vice President of Global Marketing for Organon, where he was responsible for leading the $1.5 billion gynecology and urology franchise. Previously, Mr. Jarjour held key positions at top tier pharmaceutical institutions including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Pharmacia, Warner Lambert and Wyeth. In addition, Mr. Jarjour has extensive healthcare technology experience having been a COO & co-founder of a healthcare technology enterprise which developed a wireless and Internet prescribing solution from concept to multiple-award winning, best-in-industry platform. Mr. Jarjour holds a BS in Finance from Florida International University and an MBA from the Rutgers Business School.

Harry Lorton, Director

Harry Lorton, B.B.S., M.A., F.C.C.A., has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2002 and was Kinematik's Chairman from 2003 until 2010. Mr. Lorton worked in the Banking industry for 33 years, 12 of which were spent as C.E.O. of Cork & Limerick Savings Bank, TSB Bank and Permanent TSB. He is Deputy Chairman of Royal Liver Assurance Limited, Liverpool, UK and is also Chairman and/or Director of a number of private Irish companies involved in Leisure, Marketing & PR, and Property Development. He has served as President both of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland and of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland, and was a member of the Board and the Council of the Irish Management Institute. He holds a degree in Business Studies from Trinity College, Dublin and is a graduate of the Owner/President Program of Harvard Business School.
