Michael Jarjour, Chief Executive Officer
Michael Jarjour was appointed as KineMatik's CEO in December 2008. Prior to joining KineMatik, he was Vice President of Global Marketing for Organon, where he was responsible for leading the $1.5 billion gynecology and urology franchise. Previously, Mr. Jarjour held key positions at top tier pharmaceutical institutions including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Pharmacia, Warner Lambert and Wyeth. In addition, Mr. Jarjour has extensive healthcare technology experience having been a COO & co-founder of a healthcare technology enterprise which developed a wireless and Internet prescribing solution from concept to multiple-award winning, best-in-industry platform. Mr. Jarjour holds a BS in Finance from Florida International University and an MBA from the Rutgers Business School.
Aaron Norman, SVP of Operations
Dr. Aaron Norman leads KineMatik’s Operations. Dr. Norman joined KineMatik in May 2005 as a Senior Consultant, leading implementations of all eNovator modules at major customers in private industry and government organizations before heading up the implementation team. Dr. Norman is also heavily involved in supporting the Sales organization and in the development of existing and new functionality. Prior to joining KineMatik, Dr. Norman was a Project Manager at the Tyndall Institute in Cork, Ireland, where he managed project teams for national and international projects as well as managing a laboratory. He has also spent over 6 years in research labs in Ireland, Belgium, and France focused on experimental data collection and analysis (XRD, SEM, Mössbauer and UV spectroscopy, Faraday Magnetic Balance, SEM). Dr. Norman has a Ph.D. in Materials Chemistry from University College Cork.
Kevin Keenan, VP of Software Development
Kevin Keenan is one of the original founders of KineMatik. He has been instrumental in all product development strategies, acting as the Chief Architect of the eNovator product suite. Kevin has over 10 years experience in new product development for technology companies. He has been responsible for developing innovative Knowledge Management, Telecommunication, and Banking solutions throughout his career with companies such as Ericsson, St. Georges Bank, and various Departments of the Irish Government. He earned a degree in Computer Science from the University of Limerick in Limerick, Ireland.
