"We became aware of their product (eNovator) through a
demonstration of their eNovator software to our Research group. We use mostly
very complex assays so that we have some unique challenges when it comes to
conducting business with FDA regulated products. Since KineMatik was promoting
their eNovator solution for use as an electronic lab notebook solution, I
planned to stay at their presentation for just a few minutes. Much to my
surprise, their product had a great deal more applications than I first thought.
Since that time, we have been partners in expanding our use of eNovator as well
as taking advantage of their expertise and knowledge of the LiveLink software,
in developing unique applications for the regulated environment.
We have been extremely pleased with their performance in
meeting their timelines with the right solution. We have used eNovator as a
solution for the Laboratory Information Management requirements in our Quality
Control laboratory, reducing calculation times for the analysts by at least
65%, eliminating transposition errors and in general providing a great tool for
trending. We have started additional projects with KineMatik and they continue
to impress us with their on time, on quality solutions.
