Thomas J. Cassidy, Chief Executive Officer
Thomas Cassidy has served as KineMatik’s Chief Executive Officer since September 2004. From January 2003 he served as KineMatik’s Senior Vice President of European Operations. Prior to joining KineMatik, he held various senior positions at Peter Chadwick Ltd, Cambridge Management Consulting and Celerant Consulting. Mr. Cassidy has over 12 year of management consultancy experience across a broad spectrum of industries. Throughout his consultancy career Mr. Cassidy led project teams in global organizations in the design, development and implementation of strategic initiatives that delivered significant financial, operational and customer value improvements to clients.
Mr. Cassidy is a Dairy Science graduate of University College Cork.
John Hogan, Chief Financial Officer
John J Hogan, B.Comm. ACA has served as KineMatik's Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer since December 2004. From December 2003 to December 2004, he served as the Finance and Administration Manager. Prior to joining KineMatik, Mr. Hogan held the position of Commercial Director at Evergreen Foods, the Irish arm of a UK Food Distribution Company, Earlier in his career Mr. Hogan held various positions including working for the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs in Ireland, Brussels and Vienna. Mr. Hogan received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors from University College Cork and is a Chartered Accountant.
Kevin Keenan, Vice President of Software Development
Kevin Keenan is one of the original founders of KineMatik. He has been instrumental in all product development strategies, acting as the Chief Architect of the eNovator product suite. Kevin has over 10 years experience in new product development for technology companies. He has been responsible for developing innovative Knowledge Management, Telecommunication, and Banking solutions throughout his career with companies such as Ericsson, St. Georges Bank, and various Departments of the Irish Government. He earned a degree in Computer Science from the University of Limerick in Limerick, Ireland.
Aaron Norman, Vice President of Implementation & Services
Dr. Aaron Norman leads KineMatik’s Implementation and Services team. Dr. Norman joined KineMatik in May 2005 as a Senior Consultant, leading implementations of all eNovator modules at major customers in private industry and government organizations.. Dr. Norman is also heavily involved in supporting the Sales organization and in the development of existing and new functionality. Prior to joining KineMatik, Dr. Norman was a Project Manager at the Tyndall Institute in Cork, Ireland, where he managed project teams for national and international projects as well as managing a laboratory. He has also spent over 6 years in research labs in Ireland, Belgium, and France focused on experimental data collection and analysis (XRD, SEM, Mössbauer and UV spectroscopy, Faraday Magnetic Balance, SEM). Dr. Norman has a P.hD. in Materials Chemistry from University College Cork.
Dean Misenhimer, Director of Marketing
Dean Misenhimer serves as Kinematik’s Director of Marketing. Dean has over 17 years of experience in the Marketing and Sales of enterprise software solutions, across a variety of vertical markets. Before joining Kinematik, Dean was with EMC Corporation where he was responsible for Content Management Product Marketing in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to EMC, Dean spent over 10 years with Documentum in a variety of roles, including marketing, technical sales, Competitive Intelligence, and management, during a period where the company grew ten-fold. In previous roles, Dean has held positions in consulting, technical sales, and systems implementation for document management, computer aided design, and oil & gas companies.
