Collaborative eR&D consultants
KineMatik™ is looking for senior
Collaborative eR&D consultants to manage
implementation of an enterprise software
solution for R&D intensive organizations in the life sciences area.
Reporting to the Vice President of Implementation & Support, the successful candidate
will have, at a minimum, a Ph.D. science qualification and direct
experience within one or more
of the following sectors:
-
pharmaceutical
-
biotechnology
-
chemical
-
nanotechnology
-
materials science
Senior Collaborative
eR&D consultants are tasked with working closely
with researchers/scientists/engineers and their managers
within our client's organizations to ensure a successful
deployment of eNovator, the only enterprise solution for Life Sciences . This is achieved in part through working with
researchers within the client company to analyze the
current research procedures and processes and to
configure eNovator to replicate these. This will also involve designing customer training materials and
handling change management issues within our client
sites. In addition to this you will be expected to work
closely with the sales and business development teams through the
whole sales process.
Key Requirements
- Science qualification ( PhD level – mandatory)
- Familiar with R&D processes and procedures e.g. GLP
- 2+ years industry experience
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Intermediate IT knowledge
- Willing to travel
Experience in implementing enterprise-wide IT systems would be seen as an important advantage.
