Training Services

KineMatik offers clients a range of training services which have been specifically designed not only to ensure people are able to use the system but also to make certain that the system is accepted and actually used.

Training Methods
KineMatik’s training courses can take several different forms:
  • On-site classroom sessions
  • One-on-one ‘on the job’ training
  • Remote web based training
  • Group workshops
  • Training within KineMatik’s offices
  • Train-the-trainer workshops
Whatever the format, KineMatik’s consultants typically use techniques such as accelerated learning to help ensure that the users not only understand how to use the system, but also step through specific examples of where the system can be applied in their day to day work. Different types of training are tailored to the different types of user of the system, from the occasional user to the more frequent one, from the scientist to the senior research executive.

Change Management
KineMatik consultants are skilled in understanding the current behaviors of individuals within a client organization and how those behaviors need to change in order that the new system is both used and accepted. Consultants can work one-on-one with individuals to agree tailored action plans that will help them to become more comfortable with the new system. Typical actions may include further training for that individual or other specific SMART (smart, measurable, agreed, realistic and trackable) goals being set. One of the key objectives of KineMatik’s change management program is to ensure that the client takes ownership of the deployed solution. In order to do this, KineMatik stress the following:
  • The involvement of the client personnel in the project deployment
  • The development of ‘Power Users’
  • The internal configuration of the users
  • The internal response to issues
  • The periodic review and signoff of stages throughout the deployment
