Full Regulatory Compliance
The eNovator LMS provides an electronic solution for all aspects of Learning Management Process within an organizations. The solution is designed to be fully 21 CFR Part 11 compliant ensuring that all regulatory requirements from an FDA perspective are met from a Learning Management perspective. The solution is fully integrated to OpenText’s Enterprise Content Management Solution, Livelink and can automatically schedule training based on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) versioning. All training has a complete audit trail and once completed and approved, the employees training history is automatically updated.
Automated Scheduling, Approval and Reporting
eNovator’s LMS has a highly configurable workflow engine that allows the solution to be configured based on the clients own processes and requirements. The solution provides for automation of the following activities: scheduling of training, approval of training, refresher training, update of certifications, training based on new versions of SOPs and reporting.
Real Time Reporting
It is imperative to be able to report on the status of the employees training both from an internal skills management perspective, as well as from a Regulatory one. With the eNovator LMS, this is available at the click of a button. A manager has access to the training records of the individuals in his department and has the ability to configure his own reports or pull from the library of existing reports to review records of all or a number of his employees. At an organizational level, the HR department will have complete visibility across the entire organization and can develop informed strategies based on this reporting capability. All reports are printable and exportable, allowing for easy analysis of staff strengths, skill gaps and compliance to training deadlines.
