Configurable to Client Processes The solution is supported by a workflow engine that allows all of the training processes to be automated from start to finish. This includes registration of training, tracking, notification, approval, rejection, updating, reporting and canceling. (click image to enlarge)	e-Sign Approval eNovator LMS supports e-Sign approval of all completed training courses. The approval mechanism involves an employees Supervisor or delegated individual being notified regarding the completion of training and approval through the use on an independent e-sign password. The employee will also have a training password to initiate the approval process once they have completed the training.
Assigned to Job Titles, Groups or Individuals Training can be designed and implemented across groups, job descriptions, or at an individual level. This flexibility allows the solution to be easily maintained from an Administrative perspective but also gives enough flexibility for new training to be added to employees on a needs be basis.

Training Configuration

User Based Interface
In the eNovator LMS solution, each employee has their own training record which details their Training Requirements, Training Plan and Training History. As an employee completes training, their Training Plan and History is automatically udpated. Employees are notified automatically about new training or refresher training due via their Training Plan and / or e-mail notification. The training record is very intuitive and gives a clear picture as to the status of an employees training at any given stage. The solution also notifies the employee on a periodic basis when the training schedule has been exceeded. The solution can also automate refresher training for every item in the system.

Training Course Details
The solution contains a highly configurable interface for the description and contents of training. Each Training item will have its own independent workspace that includes all necessary training details such as schedules, course attachments, location, trainer, tests, forms, comments, as well as the names of employees scheduled for training. Training courses can also be grouped into Certifications. These certifications can be assigned to groups allowing updates to a training course to be automatically scheduled across all employees in the group.

Reporting

Configurable Reports The eNovator LMS contains comprehensive and configurable reporting capabilities. This allows the employee to report on any manner of training that has been documented. For Managers and Supervisors, the solution allows reporting across their employees. From an organization perspective the Human Resources Group can generate reports across the entire organization. Role Based Access to Reports The reporting capability within the solution is strictly permission based. The hierarchy within the solution is controlled by a Training Administrator, with the Human Resources Department usually taking up this role.

Integration to EDMS

Seamlessly integrated with OpenText Livelink ECM
eNovator’s LMS is seamlessly integrated with the Livelink ECM platform. Organizations that already have the Livelink platform can leverage this investment to add further functionality to increase their training capabilities. Organizations that have not made the investment in a Document Management System can get this as an added benefit and capability through the addition of eNovator’s LMS. The solution is designed to be fully 21 CFR Part 11 compliant and all data and information is versioned and audit controlled.

Automated Training Based on New Version of SOP’s
As eNovator’s LMS is tightly integrated to Livelink, it can automatically schedule new training based on new versions of SOP’s. This ensures that all personnel within an organization are fully up to date with all the latest SOP’s. The solution also restricts access to employees that have not completed training on a particular SOP version within Livelink.
