The eNovator Project and Portfolio Management Solution (PPM) is a module provided by Kinematik. It provides organizations with the capability to have real-time visibility into the status of projects against defined metrics, ensures resources and personnel are allocated and utilized in the most efficient manner, facilitates the development and improvement of processes and methodologies, and finally allows multi-site, cross group collaboration on activities and projects through the entire product development lifecycle.
