We have support professionals with PhDs in several scientific disciplines located in the US, Europe, and (coming soon) Asia-Pacific.
We have a global support request tracking system with an online customer portal and use remote connectivity tools to help diagnose problems quickly.
Most importantly though, we care deeply about the success of our customers and will do whatever it takes to ensure your success.

The KineMatik Knowledge Center provides 24 hour access to:
- Support Request System – Enter and track support requests.
- Change Requests – Track your change requests
- Support Library and Knowledge Base – Access and search an online knowledge base and support library including articles, documentation, recordings, and more.
