Pre-sales / Project Manager

KineMatik is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant / Project Manager to analyze complex customer requirements, provide a compelling value proposition, carry out solution demonstrations and manage key client service and deployment projects in a high performing and social working environment.

As part of the sales and project teams the successful Candidate will also analyze complex customer requirements and provide a compelling, unique value proposition to the customer, which leverages one or more solutions from KineMatik. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the customer visualize the value proposition by building out and performing customized demonstrations.

The successful Candidate will work directly with the project team and clients to ensure efficient project delivery. The successful Applicant will coordinate and ensure projects are completed on time within budget and within scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for management regarding status of project.

This is a full-time position with remote working.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • As part of the sales team analyze customer requirements and prepare value proposition
  • Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations mainly to a technical audience
  • Manage software deployments and upgrades
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

     Role Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience working in a Pre-Sales Consultant position along with Project Management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience 
  • Experience in ECM solutions, ideally OpenText Content Suite
  • Experience in Business Process such as Document Change Control, CAPA, Audits is desirable
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools
  • Project Management certification is a plus
