Professional Services Consultant

 KineMatik is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to deliver professional services to customers related to ECM architecture and the KineMatik solutions built and configured on OpenText Content Suite.

The successful candidate will analyse complex customer requirements and manage key client service activities and implementation projects. They will serve as a subject matter expert in ECM architecture, leading and/or contributing to presales efforts, including scoping, determining estimates for activities and writing Statements of Work/Letters of Engagement. The successful candidate must be a professional who has great customer relationship skills, be able to listen and understand customer requirements to document and translate them into a specific configuration.

Additionally, the person should have an inherent curiosity in how business processes work and interact with technology in order to deliver world-class Business Application solutions that enable clients to become highly effective and efficient businesses.

This is a full-time remote position

Quality Assurance Engineer

KineMatik is looking for a self-starter who can organize and carry out Development & QA work to ensure the KineMatik products meet the high-quality standards that the KineMatik customers are accustomed to. The successful Applicant will join an autonomous, flexible and social working environment and gain relevant experience in a growing company.

The selected Applicant will extend the KineMatik Quality Automation framework across existing and new products & features, contribute to the future direction of the solutions and work with customers to ensure feedback contributes to the overall improvement of the solutions provided.

Account Development Executive

The successful Applicant will join a high-performing, social team and will be required to collaborate with peers to effectively attract and qualify prospects to evaluate the purchase of KineMatik solutions. The successful applicant will be comfortable cold calling, cold emailing & engaging via social media and video. It is important to have a basic understanding of B2B lead generation and business development.

The successful Account Development Executive will be responsible for working with relevant KineMatik colleagues and our partners, including OpenText and other Authorized Partners. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop a territory strategy for discovering, nurturing, and qualifying a pipeline of leads, and converting those leads to sales-qualified opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and closing sales.

Pre-Sales Consultant / Project Manager

KineMatik is looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant / Project Manager to analyze complex customer requirements, provide a compelling value proposition, carry out solution demonstrations and manage key client service and deployment projects in a high performing and social working environment.

As part of the sales and project teams the successful Candidate will also analyze complex customer requirements and provide a compelling, unique value proposition to the customer, which leverages one or more solutions from KineMatik. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the customer visualize the value proposition by building out and performing customized demonstrations.

The successful Candidate will work directly with the project team and clients to ensure efficient project delivery. The successful Applicant will coordinate and ensure projects are completed on time within budget and within scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for management regarding status of project.
